Nominating Authorities
Published Queensland decision outcomes, grouped by the adjudicator’s identified or inferred Authorised Nominating Authority affiliation, by year.
How the figures work
Before December 2014, Queensland adjudication applications were received and referred by Authorised Nominating Authorities (ANAs) under the Building and Construction Industry Payments Act 2004 (Qld). Since then, applications have gone to the QBCC’s Adjudication Registry, which refers them directly to adjudicators.
An affiliation is either identified from the decision or inferred from the adjudicator’s affiliations in other decisions. Inferred affiliations may be incomplete, out of date or wrong.
The figures describe outcomes in decisions by adjudicators associated with each ANA. They do not measure an ANA’s performance, are not adjusted for claim value or complexity, and do not establish bias or predict any result. Use is governed by the Nominating Authority Statistics terms.
